Rocky Whorer was born to a large family of bootleggers in the hills of West Virginia. He learned to rollerskate at a very young age, when his parents ordered him to tend to their far-flung stills. He evaded the sheriff for years with his fast-rolling prowess and total lack of fear. But after a long series of daring, 8-wheeled escapes from the law, Rocky was apprehended and sent to Lunatic Island. It was here, at the country's most notorious juvenile detention hall, that he earned his stripes and gained an appreciation for enforcing the rules. But his wild streak prevailed, and he escaped a day shy of his 18th birthday. The toilet he'd been using as a whiskey still exploded, blowing a hole in the wall. He has been on the run ever since.
